Cheryl

A graduate in 2002 in Ontario, Cheryl has a wealth of experience over her 20 years as an RMT across rehabilitation, chiropractic and spa settings. She took the leap and moved to Canmore in 2022, as the mountains keep drawing her back. She is a backcountry hiker in the summer and cross country skier in the winter.​
Cheryl is best known for her incredible deep tissue therapy; her most common treatments are sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, prenatal and post-natal massage, as well as stress management. She is skilled in myofascial cupping, an effective therapy fascial restrictions and muscle tension.

Cheryl is also a certified ISSA Fitness Trainer, and Nutrition coach. In 2019, she travelled to India to complete her 200 hour Yoga teacher certification. This knowledge has allowed her to understand movement patterns and common dysfunctions in real world application in sports and fitness. Her fitness training background has also equipped her with teaching skills and the ability to provide effective home care exercises to clients. Cheryl is excited to be a part of the Bodhi Wellness team here in Canmore, merging treatment based massage with whole body wellness of the spa atmosphere.​

John has been a massage therapist for almost 30 years. He has a keen interest in learning how the body works, and how we can optimize it physically, mentally, and emotionally. John specializes in many massage techniques including craniosacral, visceral, and therapeutic exercise. He has been a lifelong athlete; playing soccer, golf, and weight training while also enjoying cycling and running.

Marc’s Journey into healing started with injuries and exposure to Massage Therapy and Chiropractic Care in his early teens. Marc has been an RMT since 2012 working in both clinical and spa settings. Marc has studied traditional Massage Therapy as well as Acupuncture, Lymphatic Massage, Reiki, Myofascial Decompression, and more. The diversity in his training and experience allows him to provide a range of treatments.
Marc is also a yoga and meditation teacher with a primary focus on Yoga Nidra. He is an outdoor enthusiast and has a special love for Paragliding.

Edna is a skilled and experienced therapist who offers personalized and professional care in all her treatments. With a background as a Physiotherapist from Chile, diplomas in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and a wealth of experience as a Massage Therapist in the Rockies, Edna brings a unique and diverse skillset to our team!
During her career as a Physiotherapist since 2014, in public and private practice, Edna worked extensively with seniors and semi-professional sports football teams, where she used massage as a complementary therapy. Upon moving to Canada she pursued massage therapy full-time and has been offering therapeutic massage in the Bow Valley for the last six years.
Edna has always been passionate about massage therapy as it helps people achieve a state of integral health, balancing all aspects of the person: physical, mental, emotional and energetic. Whether you're seeking a relaxing, sleep-promoting massage or a more intensive deep tissue treatment for pain relief, Edna always adapts her techniques to fit the needs of each client, seeking to facilitate balance and place the body in an optimal condition to heal itself.
In her free time, you will find Edna enjoying the outdoors hiking, camping, and running. She also loves reading, and enjoys discovering new experiences!

Originally hailing from Ontario, Canmore RMT Courtney felt the call of the Rockies and made the move in 2012, driven by her love for the great outdoors. She first turned to massage for her own recovery, realizing the multitude of benefits it offered. This personal experience ignited her passion to delve deeper in the world of massage therapy, wanting to extend and share these benefits with others.
With a keen focus on both relaxation and deep tissue treatments, Courtney aims to meet the unique needs of every client. She believes in tailoring each session to provide the most beneficial and rewarding experience possible. Suzanne approaches every massage with compassion, care and absolutely without judgment. She believes that everyone can benefit from massage and does her best to tailor each treatment to meet the needs of the individual.

Suzanne brings into the treatment room a deep knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, and has many techniques at her fingertips, ranging from the very gentle and intuitive craniosacral therapy to the specific, precise and sometimes deep joint mobilization, trigger point work, fascial stretching and dynamic cupping.

Suzanne graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy and commenced her career in central London working in acute care and rheumatology. Love, and a desire to see the world brought her to Toronto, Edmonton and finally Canmore where she has lived ever since with her husband, 3 children and two dogs. She rediscovered her passion for helping people through massage, graduating in 2016 with a full 2200 hour diploma in massage therapy. Outside of work Suzanne will usually be found enjoying the great outdoors with family, friends and pets!

John brings 2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, with a previous background in emergency services. John's approach to massage therapy is personalized, aiming to relax and realign the body to assist with daily living, in addition to offering deep therapeutic techniques for pain relief and enhancement of physical activity.
As a Canmore local, John enjoys outdoor activities and nature. His personal & professional understanding of the muscles impacted by hiking, snowboarding, and skiing enables him to tailor his massage services to the needs of his clients and fellow outdoor enthusiasts.
Glenda

After successfully completing her education at Makami College, Glenda has spent the past 2 years as a dedicated Massage Therapist in the Bow Valley. Specializing in a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release through cupping, she has honed her skills to provide comprehensive care tailored to her individual clients needs.

Glenda's expertise also extends to Swedish & relaxation massage, prenatal massage and the soothing comfort of hot stone massage. She also likes to incorporate rapid neurofascial reset (a therapeutic technique that uses the body's own neural mechanisms to help relieve pain, inflammation, and restrictions) on the upper body when she's treating.

Hiking, paddle boarding and rock climbing with her family and friends are what Glenda likes to do to recharge and find balance in her life.
Tara

Tara's love for the healing benefits of massage therapy started as a teen, growing up participating in competitive sports and playing in the outdoors. She graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage therapy in Calgary.
Tara has a keen interest in therapeutic massage and treating sports related injuries, but also understands the importance of a great relaxation massage!
With a previous career as a first responder, Tara's massage career started after spending three months in Thailand learning traditional Thai Massage. She fell in love with the art of hands-on treatment, and then decided to become a Registered Massage Therapist.

During her free time, you can always find Tara in the mountains: backcountry skiing in the winter, summiting peaks and mountain biking in the summer!
Harry

Harry is a Registered Massage Therapist who moved to the Bow Valley in January 2023, after previously practicing in Calgary. He enjoys his work as a massage therapist, particularly helping people on their paths to healing. His areas of specialty include deep tissue, relaxation, and therapeutic massage, but he’s not limited to these techniques.
In addition, Harry is a Level Two Reiki practitioner. His goal is always to address his clients’ needs and concerns, and promote their overall health and well-being.
Becca

Becca is originally from Ontario but heard the call of the mountains in 2021 and moved to Alberta to complete her degree in massage at Lethbridge college. Anytime she wasn't studying she was out exploring the mountains whatever way she could. After graduation she moved to Squamish to get some skiing in at Whistler and more hands-on experience in a spa environment. Here her passion and understanding for massage continued to deepen and allowed her to combine therapeutic and spa techniques for a richer and even more beneficial massage.
Her goal is to deliver a treatment that is specific to the physical and emotional needs that each individual brings into the treatment space. Whether you aim to reduce stress, improve sleep, relieve sore muscles or anything in between Becca strives to create a healing environment to fulfill those goals.
